农用柴油机连杆有限元分析与结构优化

摘    要:运用ANSYS软件对农用柴油机连杆进行了有限元分析,得到连杆的应力分布、安全系数和疲劳寿命的情况。计算结果表明:在最大压缩工况时,最大应力点位于连杆杆身与小头连接过渡处,其等效应力值为303MPa,安全系数为1.24;在最大拉伸工况时,最大应力点位于杆身与大头过渡的工字型截面处,其等效应力值为118MPa,安全系数为3.19。同时,根据计算结果对连杆结构进行了优化,从而提高了连杆的安全系数和疲劳寿命。

Abstract:In this paper,with the ANSYS,stress distribution,safety factor and fatigue life of connecting rod were analyzed by using 3D finite element method. The results show that the exposed destructive position is the transition location of the small head and connecting shaft at maximum compression condition. Maximum stress is 303MPa.
