| 摘 要： | 从农业技术推广角度,寻求解决贫困地区农业技术落后的途径;从理论研究角度,结合贫困地区农业技术推广现状,对农技推广中存在的问题进行深入分析;创造性地提出了以农业技术推广委员会为指导、以信息中心和推广站为平台,以高校、科研机构和企业等中介组织为支撑的农业技术推广模式;并建设性地提出了适应市场经济体制的促进农业技术推广的策略. |

| Abstract: | This paper aims at probing the approaches to the lagging agricultural technology in poor areas. From the theoretic view, combines with the real situations and deeply analyses the problems of agricultural technology popularization in poor areas. The paper creatively puts forward the new model of agricultural technology popularization which is directed by Agricultural Technology Popularization Council, Information Center and Popularizing Station as its platform and supported by scientific research institutions such as high school as well as agencies such as enterprises. Also it puts forward the constructive suggestions of popularizing agricultural technology which according with social market economic system. |
