摘    要:在棉花收获期间,籽棉抓斗作为转运和装载工具,发挥着十分重要的作用,而其在工作过程中,悬臂机架液压油缸与支撑臂处的铰支座处于疲劳强度大的状态.针对上述问题,利用ANSYS对铰支座进行刚强度分析,通过建模、加载、解算及后处理,获得了铰支座的变形及应力,确保机构的可靠性及系统的安全性,为整体机构设计提供重要的依据.
