手动式喷雾器综合试验台设计

摘    要:喷雾器产品质量关乎农作物质量安全,也关乎操作人员健康安危。鉴于我国农业目前仍以小农户经营为主,生产规模不大,因此使用中还是以手动式喷雾器等小型喷雾器为主。为对手动式喷雾器的主要性能参数进行可靠评估,现参照相关国家或行业标准,设计了专门的试验台。该试验台通过PLC驱动电动伺服缸和电动推杆实现模拟手臂对手动喷雾器进行打压、喷雾,并由上位PC通过通讯端口获取过程参数值,全程监测试验设备的各项试验参数并将其保存到试验数据库中。

Design of the Manual Sprayers Synthetic Test-bed
Abstract:The product quality of the sprayer has the direct relation with the safety of the crop produce , but also with the operator .Given that China's agriculture is still dominated by small farmers , and the scale of production is small , so man-ual sprayers and other small sprayer is the most commonly used .In order to assess the main performance parameters of the manual sprayers , has referenced to relevant national and trade standards , and design the dedicated test-bed .Electric servo cylinder and linear actuator are driven by Programmable Logic Controller , simulating the arm and pressing the man-ual sprayers , meanwhile the computer will acquire procedure parameter and save that , to monitor the equipment .
