高浓度城市污水处理正交试验研究

摘    要:针对新疆石河子市城市污水CODcr高于1000mg/L的特点,采用SBR工艺进行处理试验,并用正交试验的方法对最佳工艺条件进行了探讨。试验表明,该工艺对高浓度城市污水有较好的处理效果。通过控制运行条件,可使出水各项指标分别满足污水综合排放标准和农业灌溉的要求。

Abstract:In this paper, aimed at fact that the concentration of CODcr in the sewage water is higher than 1000 mg/l in Shihezi City, Xinjiang, technology SBR is adopted in the processing experiment, and orthogonal experiment method is used in the discussion of optimal technology. The results of the experiment show that the technology has good effects on the processing of high concentration sewage water. Through control of operation condition, it is possible that the output water can meet the standard of comprehensive discharge and the requirement of agricultural irrigation.
