农业气象灾害远程智能预警系统设计

摘    要:为了提高对偏远山区局部气象的远程监测能力,降低山区气象灾害对农作物生长的不利影响,提出了一种气象远程监测预警系统设计方案。该方案对前端采集终端结构进行优化,利用微电子检测技术和4G无线通信网络,实现对气象数据和图像数据的同步采集与远程传输,并利用远程服务器对多个采集终端数据进行整合,利用智能识别算法对数据进行分析,输出气象监测和预警结果。该优化设计方案结构简单、搭建成本低,试验结果表明,其数据传输稳定,能够满足农业气象数据的传输速率要求。

Abstract:In order to improve the remote monitoring ability of local meteorology in remote mountainous areas and reduce the adverse impact of meteorological disasters on crop growth in mountainous areas, a design scheme of meteorological remote monitoring and early warning system is proposed. The scheme optimizes the structure of the front-end acquisition terminal, realizes the synchronous acquisition and remote transmission of meteorological data and image data by using microelectronic detection technology and 4G wireless communication network, integrates multiple acquisition terminal data by using remote server, analyzes the data by using intelligent recognition algorithm, and outputs meteorological monitoring and early warning results. The optimized design scheme has the advantages of simple structure and low construction cost. The experimental results show that the data transmission is stable and can meet the transmission rate requirements of Agrometeorological data.
