| 摘 要： | 辽宁省属于耕地质量等级总体偏低的省份,亟需实施高标准农田建设。阐述高标准农田建设的重要性,结合项目建设的内容和工作实际,分析高标准农田建设中存在的问题,并提出发展建议,以期为高标准农田建设项目的顺利实施提供参考。

| Abstract: | It belongs to the kind of province where the level of farmland quality is totally on the low side, therefore it is in urgent need of implementing construction of high level farmland in Liaoning province. In this paper, it expounded the importance of the construction of high level farmland, combining the content and working practice of project construction, analyzed the existing problems in the construction of high level farmland, and put forward the development suggestions, so as to provide references for the smooth implementation of high level farmland construction projects. |
