| 摘 要： | 新型职业农民是我国城镇化发展和新农村建设所需要的一类特定人才。阐述新型职业农民的界定与培养的必要性,分析农业职业院校发展面临的问题,对农业职业院校培养新型职业农民提出建议,以使农业职业院校更好地承担其农业人才培养的重任。

| Abstract: | New type professional farmer is a certain talent needed by urbanization development and new rural construction of China. In this paper, it expounded the need to define and train the new type professional farmers, analyzed the problems facing in the development of Agricultural Vocational College, offered suggestions to Agricultural Vocational College on training new type professional farmers, in order to promote Agricultural Vocational College to take on heavy responsibility better for agricultural talents training. |
