活塞组机械疲劳试验的有限元仿真

摘    要:对某铝合金活塞在机械疲劳试验机上做的疲劳试验进行有限元分析,为活塞的改进设计提供依据。采用装有活塞销的三维整体活塞有限元模型,应用接触单元模拟实际情况,对活塞在交变机械载荷作用下的应力和应变进行了计算,找出了危险点部位,计算结果与试验吻合。

Abstract:In order to provide a further basis for pistons design,the finite element analysis for an aluminium-alloy(piston) was completed during the piston's mechanical fatigue experiments.The stress and strain of the piston under the action of mechanical loads which varying alternately were calculated by using the 3D,finite element model with the piston pin being in the piston,and the contact element calculation method.The dangerous part of the piston was found,and it agreed well with the results of experiment.
