高炉煤气发电技术

摘    要:高炉煤气是炼铁高炉生产中的副产品,其可燃成分主要是CO,属于重要的二次能源。分析了蒸汽轮机、燃气轮机及其联合循环发电、燃气内燃机这三种高炉煤气发电形式的优缺点及其运行状况。着重论述了高炉煤气内燃机的技术难点及解决方案,并提出了今后的研究方向。在燃用高炉煤气上,蒸汽轮机和燃气轮机及其联合循环发电适合大型发电厂;燃气内燃机机组适合于我国中小型钢铁企业回收和利用高炉煤气。

Abstract:Blast furnace gas is the byproduct of iron-steel enterprise, and its main combustible compent is CO. It is important second energy source. The advantages, disadvantages and running performance when utilizing blast furnace gas for generating electricity in the steam turbine aircrew, gas turbine and combined cycle generation, and gas international combustion engine are analyzed. The technical diffculties and resolvents of the engine using blast furnace gas are emphasized, and the research direction in future is brought forward. Steam turbine aircrew, gas turbine engine and combined cycle generation can adapt to the large power plants but the gas international combustion engines are best used in the small steel enterprises, when blast furnace gas are recycled and utilized.
