汽车自动变速器机械与液压系统故障诊断与排除方法

摘    要:汽车自动变速器是集机械、电子、控制、计算机、液压等多种高技术与一体的现代汽车重要总成,故障诊断与维修非常复杂,对维修人员要求高.对于自动变速器的电控系统故障通过仪器调取故障码基本可以解决,但对于自动变速器机械和液压系统的故障诊断则是一个难题.以TOYOTA A43DL自动变速器为例,详细介绍了汽车自动变速器机械和液压系统试验的操作步骤,同时阐述了根据试验数据进行故障诊断与排除的方法.

Abstract:Automotive automatic transmission is the important assembly of modern automotive, which consists of mechanical, electronic, control, computer, hydraulic and other high-tech. Its fault diagnosis and repair is very complicated and requires the maintenance personnel having advanced skill.
