柴油机高压共轨供油系统实时建模与仿真研究

摘    要:为了满足硬件在环测试的需要,解决模型实时性能的问题,基于事件分析和“缸平移”法简化了高压共轨供油系统。使用MATLAB/Simulink软件建立了混合平均值模型,该模型使用少量试验数据和参数建模,并保证了模型的通用性。模型包括:高压泵、燃油计量阀、共轨管和喷油器。建立的供油模型具有较好的仿真精度和效率,并对结果进行了分析,验证了模型的完整性。该模型适合对轨压控制策略初期进行测试,以及对后续硬件在环测试系统开发提供平台。

Abstract:In order to meet the needs of hardware in the loop test and solve the problem of real-time performance of the model,the high-pressure common-rail fuel supply system is simplified based on event analysis and'cylinder translation'method.Using MATLAB/Simulink software,the mixed average model is established,which uses a small amount of test data and parameters to model,and ensures the universality of the model.The model includes:high pressure pump,fuel metering valve,common-rail pipe and injector.The established oil supply model has better simulation accuracy and efficiency,and the results are analyzed to verify the integrity of the model.The model is suitable for the initial test of rail pressure control strategy,and provides a platform for the subsequent development of HIL test system.
