CMR平板预热器热工性能的数值模拟

摘    要:板式预热器是一种高效紧凑的换热器,由于其传热系数大,传热阻力小等特点被广泛地应用于各种领域,长期以来,对其研究只停留在实验和经验的基础上,缺乏预见性.对平板预热器的物理模型进行了合理简化,利用数值计算软件,采用SIMPLEC算法和标准湍流模型,通过求解三维方程和能量方程对CMR预热器内板片间的流场进行了数值模拟.结果表明:导气墙越长,换热效率越大,阻力损失也会越大;增加流速,热效率降低,阻力损失增加;板间距离减小,换热效率增大,阻力损失也会增大.

Abstract:Plate pre-heater has been widely used in different industrial applications for nearly a century, however, the investigation to the plate pre-heater has little improvement. The plate-type CMR pre-heater physical model is simplifying rationally. Flow field between two corrugated plate in CMR pre-heater was simulated by using the Fluent software.During the process of simulation,the SIMPLEC arithmetic and turbulent model were adopted,and then the equation and energy equation were solved. The result shows that: the longer the air guide wall, the higher the heat transfer efficiency and the greater the resistance loss; heat transfer efficiency becomes lower and resistance loss becomes greater with the increasing of velocity; the smaller the distance between the plates, the higher the heat transfer efficiency, the greater the resistance loss.
