Abstract:The counterweight method can reduce the vibration of the five-bar Salvia miltiorrhiza transplanting mechanism and improve its dynamic performance.In order to obtain the optimal parameters of the added counterweight at different speeds,the optimization model on the basis of the dynamic model of five-bar Salvia miltiorrhiza transplanting mechanism was established,and the multi-objective function was used in this paper.Through dynamic analysis,it was determined that the counterweight parameters corresponding to the crank speed of 60 r/min were the optimal parameter combination.The detailed parameters were as follows:the counterweight radius r2 of crank AB was 116 mm,the center angle α2 was 155°,the thickness d2 was 21.0 mm,the counterweight radius r5 of crank OD was 139 mm,the center angleα5 was 158°,and the thickness d5 was 25.8 mm.According to the obtained counterweight parameters,the prototype was developed and the dynamic verification test was carried out.Comparing the test results with the results output by the dynamic model,the results show that the peak force was 520 N and variance was 752.41 N2.Compared with the output curve of the theoretical model,the changing trend of the two results was approximately consistent,which verifies the accuracy of the dynamic model of transplanting mechanism and optimization of counterweight parameters.
