| 摘 要： | 当前时期,科学发展农业机械化,对于缩小城乡差距、构建社会主义和谐社会有着重要的现实意义和深远的历史意义。本文阐述了和谐社会的基本内涵,分析了构建和谐社会与发展农机化的内在联系,总结了当前农机化发展中存在的突出问题,提出了科学发展农机化的对策和建议。

| Abstract: | At present, developing agricultural mechanization scientifically has the great realistic significance and profound historical meaning for narrowing the disparities among urban and rural and for building the socialist harmonious society. The essence of harmonious society was expounded in this paper, and the intrinsic relations between building harmonious society and developing agricultural mechanization were analyzed. Moreover, the authors summarized the main problems in agricultural mechanization development at present, and brought forward several countermeasures. |
