低扬程泵装置停泵过渡过程分析

摘    要:针对大型低扬程泵站进出水流道较粗且较短的具体特点,忽略弹性水锤的影响,利用刚性水锤理论,并结合泵装置管路特性、泵机组的动力学特性和相似理论,建立事故停泵时泵的边界条件方程,得出大型低扬程泵站停泵过渡过程动态特性简易计算方法的数学模型和求解方法。通过具体计算实例与工程现场实测结果的比较,表明提出的计算模型是正确的。该数学模型对我国泵站工程设计和安全运行有一定参考价值。

Abstract:In allusion to the instance of the out conduit and inlet passage that is wider and shorter in a large low-head pump station, a simplified mathematical model for calculation of dynamic characteristics of a low-head pump station during its suspending period was developed based on the rigid water hummer theory. The pipeline characteristics and dynamic characteristics of pumping system combined with the similarity theory were employed in the modeling procedure, and established the boundary condition equation at pump during the suspending period. The theoretical result accorded with the experimental one, which showed that the method proposed was correct. At the same time, the obtained theoretical result is of importance in designing and safe operation of pumping stations.
