大型中开式离心泵变频调速节能研究

摘    要:讨论了大型离心泵变频调速的基本原理、大功率交流变频器的软件设置、控制系统的设计及其在大型中开式离心泵中的应用。对该变频离心泵的工业应用进行探讨,并对其节能效果进行简要分析。工程实际应用结果显示,该变频大型离心泵节能效果明显,平均节电率达26.5%,并且大大提高了供水系统的自动化水平和可靠性。

Abstract:A large scale split casing centrifugal pump was improved through frequency control using the modern control technology, frequency control technology and centrifugal pump theory and the application of frequency control on pump was extended further. The rotation speed control characteristics of the large scale centrifugal pump were theoretically analysed and the design of the control system and setup of the giant power transducer were described. Besides that, industry applications of the newly developed frequency control on large scale split casing centrifugal pump were described. The applications of the new type centrifugal pump showed a substantial energy saving effect in water supply system, and it improved the control performance and operating reliability of the water supply system.
