| 摘 要： | 以尼罗罗非鱼(Oreochromis niloticus)和奥利亚罗非鱼(O.aurea)为材料,进行WZ♀×XY♂、WZ♀×YY♂、WY×ZY♂、WY×YY♂杂交实验及其子代分析,确认WY型罗非鱼的性别为雌性。

| Abstract: | Hybridizations between tilapias,Oreochromis niloticus and O.aurea,were conducted in the groups WZ♀×XY♂,WZ♀×YY♂,WY×ZY♂ and WY×YY♂,and the offsprings were analyzed.From the results,it could be deduced that the tilapia of genotype WY was female. |
