| 摘 要： | 野生的粗唇 经过池塘的驯养能够成活并达到性成熟。采用PG，LRH-A和HCG进行催产，共催产60分批次，获卵12万粒，获幼苗5000多尾。

DOMESTICATION AND ARTIFICIAL PROPAGATION OF LEIOCASIS CRASSILABRIS |

| Abstract: | Leiocassis crassilabris originally distribute in the Yangtze river and its tributaries. Because its delicious taste, this fish has a signifcant commercial potential. Therefore, the species has been domesticating in artificial conditions since 1990. Now the fish have been successfully reared in pond. Wild juvenile could reach to maturity domesticated in pond; moreover, the cultured adults were successfully induced to spawn using PG. LRH-A and HCG as spawn-inducing agents. In conclusion. Leiocassis crassilabris seems to be a candidate of commercial use. |
