雅鲁藏布江下游墨脱江段黄斑褶鮡的年龄结构与生长特征

摘    要:于2018年3月、7月,在雅鲁藏布江墨脱江段采集黄斑褶鮡(Pseudecheneis sulcatus)203尾,其中183尾可用脊椎骨作为鉴定材料对其进行年龄鉴别,并对其进行生长特征分析。通过对比发现,脊椎骨比微耳石更适合做为黄斑褶鮡的年龄鉴定材料。所采样本的年龄范围为1~9龄,其中2~5龄为优势群体,占样本总数的73.22%。雌、雄个体生长无显著性差异,样本体长分布范围为50.0~144.0 mm,平均体长为(99.1±18.67)mm,体重分布范围为3.8~65.6 g,平均体重为(26.0±14.7)g。脊椎骨半径与体长的直线关系式:L=62.88R+40.69(R2=0.89,n=183)。体长与体重的关系式:W=3×10^-5L^2.9292(R2=0.96,n=183),通过对比Compertz GF、Logistic GF、von Bertalanffy生长方程(VBGF)三种生长方程的拟合效果,选用von Bertalanffy方程进行描述黄斑褶鮡生长特性,生长方程:Lt=189.561-e^-0.118t+1.981]],Wt=155.451-e^-0.118t+1.981]]2.9292;生长速度方程:dL/dt=22.37e^-0.118(t+1.981),dW/dt=53.57e^-0.118(t+1.981)(1-e^-0.118(t+1.981))1.9292;生长加速度方程:d^2L/dt^2=-2.639e^-0.118(t+1.981),d^2W/dt^2=6.34e^-0.118(t+1.981)(1-e^-0.118(t+1.981))0.9292(2.9292e-0.118(t+1.981-1)。黄斑褶鮡体重生长拐点为7.1龄,对应的体长和体重分别为124.6 mm和45.5 g。黄斑褶鮡属小型,中速生长鱼类。雅鲁藏布江下游墨脱江段的黄斑褶鮡资源已遭到破坏,需加大力度进行保护。

Abstract:A total of 203 specimens were collected from Yarlung Zangbo River of Motuo County reachon Marchand July 2018 to study age composition and growth characteristics of Pseudecheneis sulcatus.Vertebra could be used for estimating the age efficiently.There were nine age groups of collected samples.The most individuals was 2-5 year-old accounting for about 73.22%of total samples.The relationship growth showed no significant between females and males.The sample body length range was 50.00~144.00 mm,and the average body length was 99.07±18.66 mm.The body weight distribution ranged from 3.82 g to 65.61 g with an average of 25.96±14.70 g.The straight-linerelationship between the radius of vertebra and body length was L=62.88R+40.69(R2=0.89,n=183).The relationship between body length and body weight was W=3×10^-5L^2.9292(R2=0.96,n=183).By contrast Compertz growth pattern,pattern fitting effect Logistic growth,Von Bertalanffy growth of three kinds of growth function pattern,the growth pattern of P.sulcatus was formulated by Von Bertalanffy growth function as follow:Lt=189.561-e^-0.118t+1.981]],Wt=155.451-e^-0.118t+1.981]]2.9292,dL/dt=22.37e^-0.118(t+1.981),dW/dt=53.57e^-0.118(t+1.981)(1-e^-0.118(t+1.981))1.9292;d^2L/dt^2=-2.639e^-0.118(t+1.981),d^2W/dt^2=6.34e^-0.118(t+1.981)(1-e^-0.118(t+1.981))0.9292(2.9292e-0.118(t+1.981-1).The age at the in-flection point of body weight growth was 7.1 years,in which total length and body weight were 124.64 mm and 45.52 g.In order to protect and rationally develop and utilisethe P.sulcatus reaches of the Yarlung Zangbo River,it is recommended to use a body length of 124.64 mm as the minimum capture length standard.
