中华倒刺鲃迟缓爱德华菌的分离鉴定

摘    要:从患病中华倒刺鲃(Spinibarbus sinensis Bleeker)肝脏中分离得到1株优势菌,命名为SS01。将分离菌株感染健康中华倒刺鲃,人工试验发现其患病症状与自然发病症状一致,半致死剂量(LD50)为2.88×106CFU。根据分离菌株的形态特征、生理生化特性、16S rRNA序列测定结果及系统发育树分析表明菌株SS01为迟缓爱德华菌(Edwadsiella tarda)。药敏试验表明菌株SS01对氟哌酸、恩诺沙星、氟苯尼考、克拉霉素等9种药物敏感,对青霉素、利福平、强力霉素等13种药物表现出耐药性。

Abstract:A dominant bacteria(designated as strain SS01) was isolated from the liver of diseased Spinibarbus sinensis.The challenge experiments were carried out with healthy S.sinensis by injection of 0.2 mL SS01 at the concentration of 1.0×109 CFU/mL.All individuals of S.sinensis injected with SS01 died in two days,and the symptoms of the challenged fish was similar to the naturally infected fish,and the LD50 of SS01 was calculated as 2.88×106 CFU.The isolated strains was identified as Edwadsiella tarda in morphology,physiological and biochemical characteristics,16S rRNA sequence determination(Accessible Number in GenBank:KC309472) and the construction of phylogenetic tree.The drug sensitivity results showed the isolate strain SS01 was highly sensitive to 9 kinds of antibiotics,such as norfloxacin,enrofloxacin,florfeniol,clarithromycin,while it was resistant to 13 kinds of antibiotics including penicillin,ifampicin,doxycycline.
