地塞米松对ND免疫鸡主要免疫器官及抗体滴度的影响

摘    要:将75只1日龄非免疫健康罗曼蛋鸡随机均分为地塞米松高剂量组(12.5mg/mL)、低剂量组(6.25mg/mL)和阴性对照组,同时进行了鸡新城疫免疫接种;分别于免疫后7、14、21、28、35d随机取5只心脏采血后分离血清,检测鸡新城疫HI抗体效价,同时摘取脾脏、胸腺和法氏囊并称重,计算免疫器官指数。结果表明,试验组的ND抗体效价与免疫器官指数显著低于对照组(P<0.05),而且高剂量组低于低剂量组。

Abstract:75 one-day-old chicken were randomly divided into three groups, they were Dexamethasone high-dose group (12.5 mg/mL), low-dose group (6.25 mg/ mL)and the negative control group, and each chick was immunized by the vaccine of New castle disease; the blood serum was collected from 5 ND immunized chicken respectively after 7、14、21、28、35d, and the antibody titer of HI was detected ,the spleen, thymus and bursa of Fabricius were weighed, immune organs index was calculated. The results showed that the chicken antibody titers and immune organs index of the two test groups were significantly lower than the negative control group (P<0.05), and that in the high-dose group were lower than low-dose group.
