| 摘 要： | 本文采用PHA体内培养法，取鱼体肾细胞，空气干燥法制备德国镜鲤选育系，松浦鲤、高寒鲤、荷包红鲤抗寒品系的染色体。经核型分析，德国镜鲤二倍体的染色体数为2n=100，核型公式为30m 26sm 30st 14t，臀比（NF）156；高寒鲤二倍体染色体数为2n=100，核型公式为28m 28sm 44st t，臂比（NF）156，松浦鲤二倍体染色体数为2n=100，核型公式为30m 26sm 26st 18t，臂比（NF）156，荷包红鲤二倍体染色体数为2n=100，核型公式为30m 26sm 30st 14t，臂比（NF）156，为鲤种种质标准建立提供相应的参数。

STYDT ON THE KARYOTYPES OF FOUR KINDS CARP |

| Abstract: | The karyotypes of four kinds carp (German mirror carp,Songpu carp,Frigid carp and antifrigid breeding of Cyprinus carpio Red Var Vuyuanensis) were studied.The results obtained indicate that the diploid chromosome number of German mirror carp is 2n=100,chromosome formula:30m 26sm 30st 14t,arm number(NF):156;the dipoid chromosome number of songpu carp is 2n=100,chromosome formula:30m 26sm 26st 18t,arm number (NF):156;the diploid chromosome number of the antifrgid breeding of Cyprinus carpio Red Var Vuyuanensis is 2n=100,chromosome formula:30m 26sm 30st 14t,arm number (NF):156.They may be used as criteria parameters of carp |
