摘    要:1996年4月至1997年5月对浙江奉化、象山海水网箱养殖水域采用MPN法进行异养细菌和弧菌数量的检测。结果表明,细菌数量的变化受外界环境的影响较为明显,7~9月份细菌数量明显高于其它月份,网箱内菌数高于网箱外菌数。从异养细菌和弧菌数量的周年变化看,细菌数量变化与网箱养殖鱼类疾病的发生有密切关系。菌数的高峰期也是鱼病的频繁发生期。利用检测养殖水域异养细菌和弧菌的数量可预测鱼病的发生。

Abstract:The method of MPN was used to investigate the heterotrophic bacteria and vibrios in marine cage - cultured waters of Fenghua and Xiangshan in Zhejiang Provine. The results showed that the number variation of bacteria was greatly affected by environmental factors. The bacteria number from July to September was higher than that of the other months, and it was higher inside the cage than that outside the cage. The variation of bacteria number had close relationship with the diseases of cage - cultured fish. The peak period of bacteria number was the frequent occurrence period of fish diseases. Fish diseases can be inspected by investigating the number of heterotrophic bacteria and vibrios in cage - cultured waters.
