| 摘 要： | 2002年10月,在对大亚湾网箱养殖红鱼寄生虫病研究中,从病鱼和死鱼溃烂处共分离到7株细菌,经鉴定,为副溶血弧菌、溶藻弧菌、霍乱弧菌、创伤弧菌、紫色色杆菌和温和气单胞菌。药敏试验结果表明:复方新诺明、多黏霉素B、氯霉素、链霉素、呋喃妥因对分离菌株具有显著的抑制作用;分离菌株对四环素等12种药物有抗药性。

| Abstract: | Bacteria frequently is important factor to cause the death of the fishes of parasite disease.Cure the parasite disease inhibit bacteria is the indispensability step.October in 2002,in observation of the parasites in red drum(Sciacnops ocellaus) cultured in cages in Daya Bay,the authors isolated 7 bacteria strains.By identification,the strains were found to belong to Vibrio parahaemolyticus,V.alginolyticus,V.cholerae,V.vulnicus,Chromobacterium violaceum and Aeromonas sobria.Results of drug sensitivity test showed that SMZ TMP 1.25/23.75,Polymyxin B,Chloramphenicol,Streptomycin,and Nitrofurantoin inhibit ted the bacteria,and had resistance to 12 antibiotics. |
