| 摘 要： | 依据镜检虾夷扇贝血细胞整体形态和凝集现象,比较5种抗凝剂。引入三因子三水平正交实验抗凝剂研究不同温度、时间、短时培养液的条件组合对虾夷扇贝血细胞体外成活率的研究。结果表明:3种条件中,暂养液对其影响最为显著;在温度为4℃时RPMI-1640暂养液培养30 min的血细胞成活率最高。

| Abstract: | The morphology of the hemocytes from scallop Patinopecten yessoensis, and coagulation were observed in five anticoagulants. The short - term culture condition in vitro of the scallop hemocytes was studied by orthogonal experiment from which we can draw the conclusion that the media of CM and RPMI - 1640 have significant effect on short - term culture in vitro of the scallop hemocytes. The most feasible condition is RPMI - 1640 under 4% for 30 min. |
