摘    要:本试验以草鱼为实验对象,利用L9(34)正交表,通过正交试验设计初步研究壳寡糖、黄芪多糖和益生素对草鱼生长性能、生理指标和免疫功能的影响。实验结果表明:以存活率和特定生长率为考察指标,以壳寡糖影响程度最大,但3种免疫增强剂的影响程度不显著。以碱性磷酸酶为考察指标,影响程度的排序为壳寡糖〉益生素〉黄芪多糖,壳寡糖最适水平为为0.6‰,平均值最高为8.967,与其它两个水平差异显著(Sig.〈0.05),不同水平的黄芪多糖和益生素对草鱼碱性磷酸酶活性影响均不显著。因此壳寡糖比较适合用作草鱼的免疫增强剂。

Effects of Immunoenhancer on Growth and Non-specific Immunity of Ctenopharyngodon idellus

Abstract:The feedstuff containing immunoenhaneer were added with Chitosan oligosaccharide, probiotic and APS as additives and then were fed to Ctenopharyngodon idellu community from cage. Date from above tests were analysed by SPSS13.0. The results showed that, using AKP as indicator, sort for the extent of the impact was Chitosan oligosaccharide 〉 APS 〉 probiotic. The diet with Chitosan oligosaccharide could increase the AKP activity, the Chitosan oligosaccharide level of 0.6‰ had better effect (Sig. 〈 0.05 ). No differences were found in survival rate and specil growth rate in the different groups (P〉0.05).
