摘    要:近年来发现,由一氧化氮合酶催化产生的一氧化氮参与机体的多种生理功能。NADPH-黄递酶染色法和免疫组化方法研究发现,生物体内广泛存在一氧化氮合酶。本文参阅了国内外资料,对一氧化氮及一氧化氮合酶的作用、合成、结构及组织分布进行了概括,重点对一氧化氮合酶在水产动物中研究进行了综述。

Abstract:Nitric oxide produced by nitric oxide synthase plays an important role in many physiological processes. By means of NADPH diaphorase staining and immunohistochemical techniques, nitric oxide synthase has been identified in various tissues of animals. By reference to the data at home and abroad,function,synthesis and structure as well as distribution of nitric oxide and nitric oxide synthase in animals were summarized, and the progress on the studies of nitric oxide synthase in aquatic animals were particularly detailed in this paper.
