| 摘 要： | 利用戊二醛作固定液,通过对脱水、透明、透蜡、染色技术的改进,在海水鱼卵子石蜡切片过程中,省略了卵膜剥离程序,获得了良好的切片效果。

| Abstract: | Using glutaraldehyde as fixative,some improvements on the techniques of par- affin section on marine fish eggs,including dehydration,transparency,embedding and staining is covered in this paper.The process of egg membrane peeling could thus be omitted,and a bet- ter slice was obtained by the new method. |
