摘    要:用柱状嗜纤维菌感染草鱼引起细菌性烂鳃病,然后对试验草鱼进行血液生理生化指标的检测和分析.其中检测的指标包括红细胞计数( RBC)、血红蛋白的测定(Hb)、谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、谷草转氨酶(AST)、甘油三酯(TG)、α-淀粉酶(α- Amylase)、胆碱酯酶(CHE)、碱性磷酸酶(ALP)、总蛋白(TP)、总胆固醇(...

Abstract:The experiment detected and analyzed the physical and biochemical indices changes of grass carp infected by cytophaga columnaris.We mainly detected many physical and biochemical indices such as the number of red blood cell(RBC),the count of haemoglobin(Hb),album in(ALT),Aspartate Aminotransferase(AST),triglyceride(TG),α-Amylase,Cholinesterase(CHE),Alkaline Phosphatase(ALP),total protion(TP),cholesterol(CHO)、blood urea nitrogen(BUN),Phosohorus(P),the contents of Ca2+,Na+,K+ andCl-.The result of experiment shows that the total protion(TP) was obviously lower and blood urea nitrogen(BUN) was obviously higher in the infected fish than that in control fish(P0.01).Beyond this,little changes of serum physical and biochemical indices were observed between different groups.
