| Abstract: | The experiment detected and analyzed the physical and biochemical indices changes of grass carp infected by cytophaga columnaris.We mainly detected many physical and biochemical indices such as the number of red blood cell（RBC）,the count of haemoglobin（Hb）,album in（ALT）,Aspartate Aminotransferase（AST）,triglyceride（TG）,α-Amylase,Cholinesterase（CHE）,Alkaline Phosphatase（ALP）,total protion（TP）,cholesterol（CHO）、blood urea nitrogen（BUN）,Phosohorus（P）,the contents of Ca2＋,Na＋,K＋ andCl-.The result of experiment shows that the total protion（TP） was obviously lower and blood urea nitrogen（BUN） was obviously higher in the infected fish than that in control fish（P0.01）.Beyond this,little changes of serum physical and biochemical indices were observed between different groups. |
