摘    要:为探究马口鱼(Opsariichthys bidens)形态性状与体质量之间的相关程度,对4月龄马口鱼的14个形态性状(全长X1、体长X2、叉长X3、体高X4、体宽X5、头长X6、头宽X7、头高X8、吻长X9、眼后头长X10、眼径X11、眼间距X12、尾柄长X13、尾柄高X14)和体质量(Y)进行了相关分析、通径分析及回归分析,并建立了多元线性回归方程及最佳拟合模型方程。结果显示,4月龄马口鱼体质量与14个形态性状呈正相关,相关性全部达到极显著水平(P<0.01);通过通径分析发现全长对体质量的直接作用最大(0.380);决定系数分析显示5个性状对体质量的共同决定系数总和为0.972,说明全长、体长、体高、体宽和头长对4月龄马口鱼体质量具决定作用;通过多元回归分析,构建了以全长、体长、体高、体宽和头长为自变量,体质量为因变量的回归方程:Y=-17.814+0.123X1+0.132X2+0.324X4+0.288X5-0.209X6。结果表明,马口鱼的全长、体长、体高、体宽和头长等5个形态性状对体质量直接作用达极显著水平。

Abstract:To understand the extent of correlation between morphological traits and body weight of four-month-old Opsariichthys bidens,multiple regression equations as well as fitting equations were established by correlation analysis,path analysis and regression analysis between 14 morphological traits(total length X1,standard length X2,fork length X3,body height X4,body width X5,head length X6,head width X7,head height X8,snout length X9,head length behind of eye X10,eye diameter X11,interorbital distance X12,caudal peduncle length X13,caudal peduncle depth X14)and body weight of the fish.The results showed that significant positive coefficients between 14 morphological traits and body weight were observed and the correlation coefficients achieved highly significant levels(P<0.01).The path analysis revealed that the total length displayed the maximal positive direct effect(0.380)on body weight.The determination coefficients revealed that the total decision coefficient of five morphological traits to body weight was 0.972,indicating that those morphological trait were the main factors influencing body weight.The regression equation of morphological traits to body weight was expressed as:Y=-17.814+0.123X1+0.132X2+0.324X4+0.288X5-0.209X6in four-month-old fish.The results indicated that the path coefficients of five morphological attributes(total length,standard length,body depth,body width,head length)to body weight reached significant difference(P<0.01).
