| 摘 要： | 1991～1992年间,从唐山沿海四县7个对虾养殖场采集弧菌综合症病虾81尾,并将虾体主要患病部位进行弧菌分高培养,虾体弧菌检出率为95.1％(71/81),主要患病部位弧菌阳性分离率为86.8％(146/168),对其中64株弧菌进行生化反应鉴定,结果为麦氏弧菌8株(12.5％),哈佛弧菌6株(9.4％),弯曲弧菌7株(10.9％),溶藻弧菌21株(32.8％),河弧菌10株(15.6％),副溶血弧菌1株(1.6％),霍利斯弧菌11株(17.2％)。

| Abstract: | In 1991 ~ 1992, 81 prawns suffering from Vibrio syndrome were collected from 7
prawn breeding farms distributed in 4 coastal counties of Tangshan City. Result of isolation and cultivation of Vibrio from the main affected parts of prawns showed that the detectable rate was up to 95. 1% (77/81), with an postive separation rate of Vibrio at a figure of 86. 8% (146/168). As evidenced by identification through biochemical reaction of 64 strains of Vibrio,8(12- 5%)belonged to V. metschnikavii,6(9- 4%)to V. camphelli-i, 7 (10.9%) to V. cambellii, 21 (32-8%) to V. alhinolyticus, 10 (15.6%) to V. fluvialisl (1.6%) to V. parahaemolytocus and 11 (17.2%) to V. hallisae. |
