巴沙鱼幼鱼耗氧率和窒息点的初步研究

摘    要:在平均水温27.0℃条件下,测得平均全长11.1cm、平均体重12.0g的巴沙鱼幼鱼的耗氧量为3.8926mg/(尾·h),耗氧率为0.3237mg/(g·h),窒息点为0.5297mg/L。巴沙鱼昼间耗氧率明显高于夜间耗氧率,其对低氧的耐受力较强。

Abstract:The results obtained from experiments at 27.0 ℃ of average water temperature show that juvenile Basa , Pangzsius bocourti ( average total length and body weight are 11.1 cm and 12.0 g ) had oxygen consumption capacity of 3.8926 mg/(ind·h) , oxygen consumption rate of 0.3237 mg/(ind·h), suffocation concentration of 0.5297 mg/L . The oxygen consumption rate of basa in the daytime was obviously higher than it at night. Basa had strong resistance to low oxygen level.
