| 摘 要： | 本实验用苔黑酚法对白鲢早期胚胎发育过程中核酸含量的变化进行了分析。由受精卵至卵裂完毕,RNA含量迅速下降,囊胚早期至原肠早期RNA含量又逐渐升高,原肠晚期至神经胚期RNA含量又缓慢上升。

| Abstract: | The change of RNA amount during early embryoniC development of Hypophthalmichthys molitrix was studied in this experiment.Results showed that (1)from unfertilized egg to the end of cleavage the amount of RNA decreased rapidly; (2)from early blastula to early gastrula the amount of RNA increased gradually; (3)from late gastrula to neurula the amount of RAN increased slowly. |
