| 摘 要： | 采用反相高效液相色谱外标法，以乙腈-醋酸溶液（pH3）作为流动相，用C。s柱和紫外检测器（254nm），对嘧草硫醚10％Jg剂定量分析。结果表明，方法的标准差为0．07；变异系数为0．69％；平均回收率为99．81％。线性相关系数为0．9993。

| Abstract: | A quantitative analytical method for Pyrithiobac-sodium 10% AS by RP-HPLC was developed, using Acetonitrile ： Acetum （pH3） =45：55 （V/V） as mobile phase, Agilent TC-C18 column and UV detector at 254nm. The results showed that the standard deviation, the coefficient of variation, the average recovery and the linear correlation of method were 0.07, 0.69%, 99.81% and 0.999 3 respectively. |
