| 摘 要： | 采用反相高效液相色谱外标法，以乙腈-0．1％磷酸溶液作为流动相，用C18柱和紫外检测器（230nm），对丁醚脲10％微乳剂定量分析。结果表明，方法的标准差为0．07，变异系数为0．70％，平均回收率N99．91％，线性相关系数为0．9999。

| Abstract: | A quantitative analytical method for diafenthiuron 10% ME by RP-HPLC was developed, using acetonitrile＋phosphate=80＋20 （V/V） as mobile phase, with Agilent TC-Cls column and UV detector at 250nm. The results showed that the standard deviation, the coefficient of variation, the average recovery and the liner correlation of method were 0.07, 0.70%, 99.91% and 0.999 9 respectively. |
