摘    要:小麦播种时定量接种禾谷孢囊线虫(CCN)(Heteroderaavenae)的孢囊,发芽生根后进行系统观察,结果表明,该线虫在小麦生长季节中完成1代,小麦播种后25~35d是2龄幼虫入侵幼根的高峰期,100~120d根内出现3龄幼虫,110~130d发育成4龄幼虫,130~150d根表露出白色孢囊(雌虫)。受感染的麦根,侵染点首先变褐,进而肿大,常见分叉增多,形成须根团,CCN多居于自然含磷,钾元

Abstract:The quantified cereal cyst nematodes(CCN) (Heterodera avenae)were inoculated at the same time as the wheat sowing. The life cyst was observed after rooting. The result indicates that H. avenue accomplished one generation in one wheat growth season. The peak period for the nematode larvae entering into young wheat roots was 25 -35 days after wheat sowing. The larvae developed into pod-shaped within 100-120 days. The sexes of larvae could be distinguished in 110-130 days. The white cyst (females) appeared in 130-150 days. The intruding points of the roots turned slightly brown in colour, then swelled and became slightly abnormal. There were excessive branches. There were more nematode cysts in soil where the content of phosphorus and potassium were naturally rich and where the water capacity was higher. Most nema-todes inhabited in 5 - 30 cm cultivated horizon.
