摘    要:运用随机扩增多态性DNA(randomamplifiedpolymorphicDNA,RAPD)技术,对从家蚕消化道中分离的表现为生理生化特性多样性的14个肠球菌分离菌株和3个标准菌株进行了DNA多态性研究。应用筛选的8条随机引物,共扩增出625个位点,其中997%为多态性位点,表明供试菌株具有丰富的DNA多态性。对扩增结果进行聚类分析,供试菌株分为Entfaecalis、Entfaecium、Entcasseliflavus、Entavium等4个类群,与其数值鉴定结果呈相同趋势。

Abstract:DNA of the enterococci isolated from the intestine of the silkworm was analyzed by the random amplified polymorphic DNA (RAPD) technique.Eight screened primers were applied to the proliferation of PCR.Six hundred and twenty five loci have been amplified in 14 isolates and 3 type strains with biochemical polymorphism types,623 loci out of which are polymorphism and account for 99.7%.All these suggest that each isolate has an abundant genetic polymorphism.The isolates were classified into four clusters Ent.faecalis,Ent.faecium,Ent.casseliflavus and Ent.avium by using SAS,a clustering analysis software.Clusters obtained by the RAPD technique showed the same tendency with that based on the numerical taxonomy.
