| 摘 要： | 分别提取湖南金银花和山银花黄酮类活性成分，利用Vero细胞体外培养系统，通过观察细胞病变效应（CPE）来评价中药金银花和山银花黄酮类提取物体外抑制伪狂犬病病毒（pseudorabies virus，PRV）对细胞的感染作用，并通过MTT法检测细胞活性。研究比较金银花、山银花的抗病毒作用，初步探讨中药抗病毒机制。结果表明：在安全浓度范围内，金银花和山银花黄酮类提取物均具有显著的抗病毒作用，体外对PRV分别具有明显的阻断、抑制和中和作用，其中山银花对PRV体外的抑制作用强于金银花，而阻断作用和中和作用，两者差异不显著。

| Abstract: | Extracted flavonoids ingredients from traditional Chinese herbs Flos Lonicerae japonicae.and Flos Lonicerae, respectively, which were planted in Hunan province of China. Investigated antiviral effects of the flavonoids extracts by observing cytopathic effect (CPE) in Vero cell, and detected the cell survival rate by MTT method. The results showed that in a safe concentration range of security, the flavonoids extracts had obvious interdiction, inhibition and neutralization effects to Vero cell. There were no obvious differences between Flos Lonicerae japonicae.and Flos Lonicerae, except Flos Lonicerae having more powerful inhibition effect in viro. |
