| Abstract: | Bile acid is considered as the most important and most specific bile components.Bile acid has the important influence on the lipid metabolism.Bile acid affects the lipid metabolism in the liver,the principal role of bile acids is emulsification,and thus facilitation of the absorption of lipids as well as lipid-soluble matters.The research progress of bile acid in the poultry nutrition is discussed in this article. |
