摘    要:胆汁酸是动物胆汁的重要组成成分,在脂肪代谢中起着重要的作用,能促进脂肪及脂溶性物质的乳化,促进脂类物质的消化吸收。作者综述了胆汁酸在家禽营养中的研究进展。

Abstract:Bile acid is considered as the most important and most specific bile components.Bile acid has the important influence on the lipid metabolism.Bile acid affects the lipid metabolism in the liver,the principal role of bile acids is emulsification,and thus facilitation of the absorption of lipids as well as lipid-soluble matters.The research progress of bile acid in the poultry nutrition is discussed in this article.
