利用奶公牛育肥生产高档牛肉

摘    要:目的]为了提高奶公牛育肥效率,拓展奶公牛高档牛肉市场。方法]本研究通过对32头奶公牛分三组进行育肥、屠宰和分割肉实验。结果]发现95%精料的A组屠宰率显著高于80%精料的B组(P〈0.05),宰前活重和胴体重均数高于B组,但差异不显著(P>0.05);80%精料饲养10月龄的C组在宰前活重和胴体重显著高于B组(P〈0.05);在高档分割肉占胴体重比例上:B组>A组>C组。结论]实验证明影响奶公牛育肥屠宰性状的主要因素是月龄,利用奶公牛育肥生产高档部位分割肉可以达到胴体重的2.85%。

Abstract:Objective] In order to improve the efficiency of cattle fattening, develop high-grade beef market of calf. Method]By fattening, slaughtering and cutting experiment, 32 calves were divided into three groups. Results] Found that: slaughter rate of the 95% beneficiated burden material group (group A) was significantly higher than the 80% group (group B) (P〈0.05), slaughter weight and carcass weight of the group A was higher than that of B group, but the difference was not significant (P〉0.05) slaughter weight and carcass weight of the 80% beneficiated burden material group (group C) in 10 months was significantly higher than that of group B (P〈0.05) ; the high-grade beef of carcass weight ratio: B group 〉A group 〉C group. Conclusion] Experiments show that main influencing factor of slaughter traits in calf fattening is months, by calf fattening the production of high-grade beef can reach 2.85 of the carcass weight.
