| Abstract: | Millions beef cattle base construction project is one of the ten major projects in Zhangye.In order to make the construction effective,a prevention mode was made by animal epidemic prevention departments at all levels of beef cattle based on animal epidemic prevention work to develop "clear rights and responsibilities of task clarity,standardization work,the information network,and efficient operation ".After three years of promoting the implementation of the city’s millions beef cattle base animal epidemic prevention achieved remarkable results,declining incidence of infectious diseases,cattle mortality due to illness fell from 1.8% to 0.3%,90% of beef cattle breeding base through the identified pollution origin,achieving remarkable economic and social benefits.This paper described the establishment of prevention,promotion and achievements of Zhangye millions beef cattle base model,which would provide reference for the majority of animal epidemic prevention workers. |
