不同剂量烯丙孕素对后备母猪同期化发情、体质量及繁殖性能的影响

摘    要:为了探究不同剂量的烯丙孕素对后备母猪同期化发情、体质量及繁殖性能的影响,试验选取150头后备母猪,随机均分为5个试验组,每组饲喂0,10,15,20,25 mg/(d·头)的烯丙孕素口服液。结果显示,在口服烯丙孕素15 mg/(d·头)的剂量时,母猪的同期发情率最高为96.67%,受配率、受胎率及分娩率均为100.00%;口服烯丙孕素20 mg/(d·头)的饲喂剂量时,停药后6,7 d内发情的母猪比例最高为70.37%(19/27),母猪体质量增加量(11.67 kg)及仔猪健仔数(11.17头)、有效产仔数(11.67头)在试验组中最高,但所有体质量及繁殖指标均无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结果表明,限位栏定期口服15 mg/(d·头)烯丙孕素剂量下可以有效促使后备母猪发生同期化发情,而在20 mg/(d·头)剂量下可以有效提高母猪的产仔繁殖性能。

Abstract:To investigate the effects of different doses of altrenogest on the synchronization of oestrus,body mass and reproductive performance of replacement gilts,150 replacement gilts were randomly divided into 5 groups,each gilt in the groups were orally fed with 0,10,15,20 and 25 mg/d of altrenogest.The results showed that the highest rate of synchronization of oestrus was 96.67%and the rate of mating,conception and delivery were 100.00%in replacement gilts supplied with 15 mg/d of altrenogest.With 20 mg/d of altrenogest,the proportion of sows with oestrus on the 6 th and 7 th day was the highest,which was 70.37%(19/27).The added body mass(11.67 kg)of each sow,the number of healthy infant piglets(n=11.17)and effective infant piglets(n=11.67)were all the highest in the experimental group,but there was no significant difference(P>0.05)in all indexes of body mass and reproductivity.These results indicated that synchronization of oestrus can be best acquired by taking in 15 mg/d of altrenogest with regular feeding when the replacement gilts are in the farrowing pens.In addition,the reproductivity can be effectively maintained by taking in 20 mg/d of altrenogest.
