布鲁菌在豚鼠和奶牛体内诱导的抗体水平和变态反应强度的相关性

摘    要:为探索布鲁菌在豚鼠和奶牛体内所引起的抗体水平和变态反应强度的相关性,分别用1×104,3×104CFU牛种布鲁菌强毒2308株各感染12只豚鼠,30 d后测定抗体滴度和变态反应强度。感染后35 d,扑杀豚鼠,取脾脏测定每克脾脏含菌量。用布鲁菌A19疫苗,以5×1010CFU皮下注射布病阴性荷斯坦奶牛50头,分别于免疫后15,30,60 d测定抗体滴度,并于免疫后45 d测定变态反应强度。运用SPSS 17.0-Analyze-Correlate-Bivariate Corre-lations程序分析试验数据,结果显示,不同剂量布鲁菌2308感染豚鼠后30 d所诱导的抗体水平、变态反应强度和克脾脏含菌量三者之间均无相关性。A19疫苗免疫奶牛后60 d的抗体水平与免疫45 d的变态反应强度呈正相关,免疫15 d和30 d的抗体水平和变态反应强度无相关性。豚鼠试验结果表明,抗体水平、变态反应强度与个体对布病的抵抗力均无相关性。

Abstract:To investigate the correlations between the antibody level and allergic response induced by B.abortus 2308 and vaccine strain A19,two doses(1×104CFU and 3×104CFU) of 2308 were infected to 12 guinea pigs,respectively.Thirty days post infection(DPI),the antibodies were titrated by micro-agglutination test(MAT),and the allergic response was measured as well next day.The spleen CFU of bacteria per-gram was counted 35 DPI.Fifty dairy cows aged from 3 to 6 months were inoculated subcutaneously with dose of 5×1010 CFU of A19,and the antibodies were titrated at 15,30 and 60 DPI,respectively,while the allergic response was measured at 45 DPI.The above data about the antibodies and allergic response were analysized with SPSS 17.0(Analyze-Correlate-Bivariate Correlations),and it shows that there is no correlation among the antibody level,allergic response degree and the spleen CFU of bacteria per-gram induced by 2308 in giunea pigs.The positive correlation could only be found between the antibody level at 60 DPI and allergic response degree at 45 DPI induced by A19 in dairy cows.From the guinea pigs test,it could concluded that no matter the antibody level nor allergic response degree correlates with the resistance to Brucella.
