| 摘 要： | 本研究根据鸭疫里默氏杆菌16S rRNA基因的保守序列设计一对特异性引物,建立了鸭疫里默氏杆菌的PCR检测方法。结果表明,此方法具有敏感性高、特异性好等优点,从而为鸭疫里默氏杆菌的诊断提供了有效的工具。 |

| Abstract: | In this study,a pair of primers were designed within conservative region of the 16S rRNA gene of Riemerella anatipestifer(RA),and a PCR method was successfully established for detection of RA.The results showed that the PCR method is sensitive and specific,and will be effective for successful diagnosis of Riemerella anatipestifer infection. |
