| 摘 要： | 对从黑龙江省分离的４株鸡传染性法氏囊病病毒通过易感鸡接种，用病理学技术进行了致病力的研究。结果表明，各毒株毒力有一定差异，其中Ｈ３、Ｈ４株毒力高于Ｈ１、Ｈ２株，且有迅速致法氏囊萎缩的特性；Ｈ３、Ｈ４株引起试验鸡法氏囊指数显著下降（Ｐ＜００５），脾脏指数明显增加（Ｐ＜００５）。Ｈ３、Ｈ４株接种５０日龄Ｄ７８疫苗免疫鸡，免疫保护指数分别为５０％、６０％，传统疫苗不能提供充分保护。

| Abstract: | The virulence of four infectious bursal disease viruses (IBDV) isolated from Heilongjiang Province were studied through inoculation of the susceptible chicken with the aid of pathological technique.The virulence of four IBDV is different,isolates H 3,H 4 are more virulent than H 1,H 2 and they have the properties of making the Bursa of Faricius atrophy rapidly.H 3,H 4 could cause bursa atrophy and spleen swollen significantly on 5th,10th day postinoculation rospectively(p<0 05).The vaccine protective index (VPI) of D 78 vaccine is 50%,60% to H 3,H 4 challenge respectively,the conventioral vaccine could not offer good protection.. |
