摘    要:为鉴定引起奶牛猝死综合征的病原及其毒力相关抗原,本研究无菌采集急性死亡奶牛的肝、脾、肾及小肠内容物样本,进行病原菌的分离和纯化,通过微生物学诊断、肠毒素试验、血清学试验、药敏试验和菌毛PCR进行鉴定,结果表明所分离的菌株为产ST肠毒素并具有F41菌毛、血清型为O101的大肠杆菌,该菌株对克林霉素、多黏菌素B、头孢曲松高度敏感。本实验为进行奶牛大肠杆菌性猝死综合征的防治奠定了基础。

Abstract:To identify the pathogen of Bovine Sudden death Syndrome(BSDS) and its virulence related antigens.The liver,spleen,kidney and small intestine contents from the death dairy cow were collected under aseptic conditions,the pathogenic bacteria was isolated and identified by the microbiological diagnosis,enterotoxin test,serology test,drug sensitive test and PCR for the pilus encoding gene.The result indicated that the isolate was E.coli serogroup O101 which produced the ST enterotoxin and contain the F41 pilus....
