摘    要:选取40只56周龄生产性能相近的新罗曼商品代蛋鸡,采用单因素完全随机分组试验设计,研究日粮中添加不同水平的枸杞对蛋鸡生产性能及脂类代谢的影响。结果表明,在基础日粮基础上添加2%、3%的枸杞粉后试验鸡的料蛋比显著降低20.36%和13.21%(P<0.05),平均日产蛋量显著提高18.20%和8.66%(P<0.05)。添加枸杞粉能显著降低血清中的总胆固醇(TC)和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL)含量(P<0.05),但对血清甘油三脂(TG)和高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL)含量影响不明显(P>0.05)。由此可见,日粮中添加枸杞能够提高蛋鸡的生产性能,并能有效调节鸡的脂类代谢状况。

Abstract:The experiment was conducted to study the effects of Chinese wolfberry on production performance and lipids metabolism indexes of laying hens,forty 56-week-old New Roman hens were randomly divided into 4 treatments of 10 each.The control group was fed basal diet,the experimental group Ⅰ,Ⅱand Ⅲ were fed the basal diet supplemented with 1 %,2 %,3 % Chinese wolfberry,respectively.The experiment lasted 8 weeks.The results showed that:compared with the control group,feed-egg ratio of group Ⅱ,Ⅲ significantly reduced by 20.36 % and 13.21 %,respectively(P < 0.05).Average daily egg production of experimental group Ⅱ,Ⅲ significantly increased by 18.20 % and 8.66 % respectively(P < 0.05).The level of TC and LDL in group Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ significantly reduced.The level of TG and HDL in experimental group had no significant effects(P > 0.05).The results indicated that basal diet supplemented with Chinese wolfberry could increase production performance and improve lipid metabolism of laying hens.
