日粮添加甜菜碱对夏季高温蛋鸡生产性能、蛋品质及血液理化特征的影响

摘    要:本研究旨在评估夏季高温时日粮添加甜菜碱对蛋鸡生产性能、蛋品质及骨骼和血液理化特性的影响。试验将480只产蛋性能一致的罗曼粉壳蛋鸡随机分为2组,每组240只,每组10个重复(24只/重复)。对照组饲喂基础试验日粮,处理组蛋鸡饲喂基础试验日粮+150?mg/kg甜菜碱,试验为期8周。结果:日粮添加150?mg/kg甜菜碱对蛋鸡采食量和蛋重无显著改善作用(P>0.05)。与对照组相比,甜菜碱组蛋鸡的产蛋率、平均蛋重显著提高9.25%和10.70%(P<0.05),但料蛋比和死亡率显著降低8.71%和63.41%(P<0.05)。日粮添加150?mg/kg甜菜碱使鸡蛋的蛋壳强度、蛋壳相对重量及哈夫单位较对照组分别显著提高12.23%、30.49%和5.12%(P<0.05),而对照组与甜菜碱组对蛋壳厚度、蛋黄和蛋白相对重量及蛋黄颜色(L、a和b值)的影响无显著差异(P>0.05)。甜菜碱组蛋鸡的胫骨强度较对照组显著提高5.26%(P<0.05),而血浆半胱氨酸和胆固醇浓度显著降低8.50%和32.16%(P<0.05)。结论:夏季高温会降低蛋鸡产蛋率,对蛋品质造成负面影响,日粮补充150?mg/kg甜菜碱可以改善蛋鸡产蛋性能,提高蛋壳强度及骨强度,降低血浆胆固醇浓度。 关键词]甜菜碱|蛋鸡|生产性能|蛋品质|血液理化

Abstract:The objective of this study was to evaluate the effects of betaine supplementation on performance,egg quality,bone and blood physicochemical properties of laying hens in summer high temperature day diets.A total of 480 Laying hens with the same laying performance were randomly divided into 2 groups with 240 hens in each group and 10 replicates in each group(24 hens/replicate).Hens in the control group were fed a basal diet,and hens in the treatment group were fed a basal diet+150 mg/kg betaine.The experiment lasted for 8 weeks.Results:Dietary 150 mg/kg betaine had no significant effect on feed intake and egg weight of laying hens(P>0.05).Compared with control group,laying rate and average egg weight of laying hens in betaine group were significantly increased by 9.25%and 10.70%(P<0.05),but feed to egg ratio and mortality were significantly decreased by 8.71%and 63.41%(P<0.05).Dietary 150 mg/kg betaine significantly increased eggshell strength,eggshell relative weight and haugh unit by 12.23%,30.49%and 5.12%compared with control group(P<0.05),respectively.There were no significant differences between control group and betaine group in eggshell thickness,relative weight of egg yolk and egg white and egg yolk color(L,A and B values)(P>0.05).Compared with the control group,tibia strength in betaine group was significantly increased by 5.26%(P<0.05),while plasma cysteine and cholesterol concentrations were significantly decreased by 8.50%and 32.16%(P<0.05).Conclusion:High temperature in summer can reduce laying rate and negatively affect egg quality of laying hens.Dietary supplementation of 150 mg/kg betaine can improve laying performance,increase eggshell strength and bone strength,and reduce plasma cholesterol concentration of laying hens.
