| 摘 要： | 文章旨在研究在山羊日粮中添加中草药对其生长性能和胴体特征的影响。试验将平均体重为(19.22±0.08)kg的45头山羊随机分为3组,每组3个重复,每个重复5头羊。对照组饲喂基础日粮,两个处理组分别用10%的穿心莲茎叶和全珠穿心莲替代苜蓿草,试验共进行14周。结果:饲喂全珠穿心莲的山羊末重、屠体重、采食量和日增重分别较对照组显著提高21.78%、25.67%、20.78%和66.77%(P<0.05),料重比显著降低27.58%(P<0.05)。喂全珠穿心莲的山羊热胴体重、冷胴体重、眼肌面积较对照组分别显著提高48.75%、49.64%和95.43%(P<0.05)。饲喂穿心莲茎叶的山羊冷冻损失最低,较对照组显著降低了14.28%(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,处理组胃肠道相对重量分别显著提高34.09%和44.71%(P<0.05),而皮下脂肪和脏器系膜脂肪相对重量分别显著降低12.01%、13.80%和57.58%、82.00%(P<0.05)。结论:在山羊饲料中加入穿心莲可显著提高山羊生长性能和肉制品产量。因此,穿心莲可作为反刍动物的天然添加剂,可以提高其生长性能、胴体特性和肉制品产量。

| Abstract: | The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of adding Chinese herbal medicine to goat diet on growth performance and carcass characteristics.A total of 45 goats with an average weight of(19.22±0.08)kg were randomly divided into 3 groups with 3 replicates in each group and 5 goats in each replicate.The control group was fed the basic diet,and the two treatment groups were fed alfalfa with 10%stem and leaf and whole-bead pangolin respectively for 14 weeks.Results:Compared with the control group,the final weight,slaughterweight,feed intake and daily gain of the goats were significantly increased by 21.78%,25.67%,20.78%and 66.77%,respectively(P<0.05),but the feed weight ratio was significantly reduced by 27.58%(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the hot carcass weight,cold carcass weight and eye muscle area of the goats fed whole-pot andropoa were significantly increased by 48.75%,49.64%and 95.43%,respectively(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the frozen loss of the goats fed andrographis paniculata stem and leaf was the lowest(14.28%lower)(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the relative weight of gastrointestinal tract in the treatment group was significantly increased by 34.09%and 44.71%respectively(P<0.05),while the relative weight of subcutaneous fat and visceral mesangial fat was significantly decreased by 12.01%,13.80%,57.58%and 82.00%respectively(P<0.05).Conclusion:Adding andrographis paniculata into goat feed can significantly improve the growth performance and meat product yield of goats.Therefore,andrographis paniculata can be used as a natural additive for ruminants,which can improve its growth performance,carcass characteristics and meat product yield. |
